Working Principle of Induction Sealer Machine
Duly capped bottles transport onto online conyors of the bottle capping machine from which it transfer bottles onto conveyor of induction sealing machine. Bottle further pass through induction sealing tunnel which is having special purpose heaters which perform induction sticking operations. Induction wad ix pre fixed into bottle caps which get stick onto bottle head upon passing through induction tunnel. Further extender conveyor provided for stabilization of wad. Duly performed bottles received at exit end of conveyor and transfer further onto labeling machine/collection tray for further operations.

FAQ of Induction Cap Sealing Machine
What are the key features of the Adinath Induction Cap Sealing Machine?
Key features include a compact GMP model, stainless steel 304 contact parts, adjustable sealing head stand, fault indication with flashing light, “No Flow – No Power” safety system, inbuilt water circulating system, rejection tray assembly, and a conveyor speed controller for seamless line integration.
How does the Induction Cap Sealing Machine work?
Capped bottles move from the capping machine onto the induction sealer’s conveyor. They pass through a tunnel with special heaters that activate the pre-inserted induction wad in the cap, sealing it to the bottle. An extended conveyor stabilizes the seal before bottles exit to the next process (e.g., labeling).
What cap sizes can the machine handle?
The machine offers complete flexibility for sealing caps from 20mm to 120mm in diameter without any change parts. The standard model (AIS-40) specifications list input for 20mm to 60mm diameter caps.
Is the machine suitable for GMP-compliant environments?
Yes, it is a compact GMP model with high-quality stainless steel contact parts and a matt finish, making it ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and nutraceutical industries.
What are the technical specifications of the AIS-40 model?
Key specs include: Tunnel-type induction sealing head, 1-meter conveyor length with 6” wide slat chain, 220V single phase 50Hz power (15 amp), overall dimensions approx. 1200mm (L) x 650mm (W) x 1650mm (H), and stainless steel 304 contact parts. Power voltage can be customized.
Does the machine include safety and rejection features?
Yes. It features a “No Flow – No Power” system, fault indication with flashing light, and a rejection tray assembly to ensure only properly sealed bottles proceed.
Can the machine be integrated into existing production lines?
Absolutely. It is designed as ancillary equipment that aligns with bottle capping machines. It includes full tool-free adjustments for head height and leveling, plus a conveyor speed controller to match line speeds. It can be wheeled easily between lines.
What additional options are available for specific applications?
Adinath manufactures custom-built sealing heads and ‘tunnel heads’ for particular applications, unusual closure designs, and high-speed sealing requirements.c
What industries or products is this induction sealing machine suitable for?
It is ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, nutraceutical, and other industries requiring tamper-evident, leak-proof sealing on bottles and containers to protect against contamination and ensure product integrity.
